HOW I CAN PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, you must choose the products you want to buy and follow the online purchase procedure. When you have all the products you want to buy, you place the order and go directly to the shopping cart, where you must fill in all the personal data that we ask for delivery of it.
All prices of our products include I.V.A. and the final price is the one that appears in the cart, once the personal data and the discount code (if you had) are entered before making the payment.
All prices are valid except error.
The products are 100% original and are delivered with original manufacturer covers and documents. If you want to know more about the authenticity of our products, read this post.
It is advisable to register to place your orders, keep track of them and access information with the news, offers and promotions of Sunbrille.com. For any questions that may be presented do not forget to use the order number that is sent to you by email at the time of purchase. If you want to download the purchase invoice, modify some personal or shipping data, you can do it from your customer account.
When you place your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. When your order leaves the warehouse, we will also inform you via email, to the address you have provided. In that mail there will be a link for you to track the package.
SECURE PAYMENT WITH SSL
We use secure payment with buyer verification by your financial institution, so we make sure that the buyer is the one who actually makes use of the payment method.
We have different payment methods for you to select the one that suits you best: Credit card, bank transfer, Pay Pal, cash on delivery and deferred payment with Pay Later.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments are completely free. We assume the portions and there are no additional charges. At this time we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.
All products that appear in the store with the Delivery logo in 24 hours are delivered within 24/48 business hours of placing the order. However, exceptional situations may arise that delay the receipt of the order, although this is not the usual situation.
If the product appears on the website with Availability: DELIVERY 10-15 WORKING DAYS, the order will be at your home within that estimated time. However, the supplier may have the product in production and the delivery time is extended to 1, 2 or 3 months. In that case, we will inform you by email to decide what to do: wait and continue with the order, exchange the product for one that has "24 hours delivery" or cancel it.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Yeah, we make it easy for you to come up with the perfect glasses for you and we don’t charge you anything for that first change. But if you want to ask for a refund, you have 14 working days from the moment you receive the glasses. The refund has a cost of 3.90€, which will be deducted from the refund, with the same payment method that you used to pay the order (except if it is cash on delivery that is done by bank transfer).
Download the exchange or return form, print it out and fill it out. Place it in the box where you received your order along with the glasses and all its accessories. You must protect it properly so that it does not get damaged during shipment. Contact us by sending a WhatsApp to 943316060 or by sending an email to email@example.com. Once we receive the product and check that it is in perfect condition we will return the money within 10-15 working days.
All Sunbrille.com glasses have two years warranty for manufacturing defects, but the misuse of them is not covered: scratches, falls, breaks among other incidents. In case of receiving glasses for misuse, the customer will assume the shipping and return costs of the same.
Print and fill out the form. Place it in the box where you received your order along with the glasses and all its accessories. You must protect it properly so that it does not get damaged during shipment.

Once we receive the product we will process the warranty with the manufacturer and we will give you the best solution: replacement of parts, replacement of the glasses or discount coupon with the amount of the product, if it is a discontinued product. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In addition to the shipping and return conditions, SUNBRILLE.COM informs the user that, in accordance with current legislation, it has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw the product without need of justification from the date of receipt of the order. To make such withdrawal, the user can make the communication of the withdrawal to SUNBRILLE.COM by sending an email to the address hello@Sunbrille.com to organize the collection at your home by a courier. Below is the model of the withdrawal form that the user must use:

Obligations shall be deemed to be suspended for the period in which the cause of force majeure continues, and we shall have an extension in time to fulfil those obligations for a period equal to the duration of the cause of force majeure.
We will use all means at our disposal to bring the cause of force majeure to an end or to find a solution that will enable us to fulfil our obligations.
